Noodles Restaurant at Bellagio Las Vegas Nevada


Noodles Restaurant features authentic regional noodle dishes from Thailand, Malaysia, Japan, China and Vietnam led by Executive Chef, Patrick Lee. Chinese dim sum is also served. Average meal cost is about $15 and up.

They offer a long list of appetizers and soups. And, old time favorites such as Chilean sea bass, shrimp Kung Pao with peanuts, beef asparagus with black pepper sauce, sesame chicken, sweet and sour shrimp. All served with steamed rice.

Try wok-fried noodle dishes such as chow mein mandarin, signature vermicelli, sweet and spicy or Pad Thai flat rice noodles. Signature dishes are served such as curry rice vermicelli with shrimp and shredded pork, or soy flavored beef with rice noodles.

Enjoy the barbecue or roast specialties. They may include Cantonese roast duck in plum sauce, honey-glazed pork, soya or poached chicken, and barbecue pork.

Seafood specials are offered that may include braised abalone, mild spicy Maine lobster, or ginger and green onion lobster, steamed fish with soy sauce or salt and pepper shrimp.
A large selection of rice and vegetables are prepared in delightful ways.

There is an extensive list of imported and domestic beer, and hot and cold beverages. Noodles specialty drinks are unique.

Try a delicious Mandarin Margarita, or a Macau Island Ice Tea (MIT) with Junmai Sake, Takara Shochu, Midori, Bacardi Light Rum, Fresh Lemon Juice, and Ginger Beer. Enjoy a Funky Monkey with Mount Gay Rum, Crème de Banana, Dark Crème de Cacao, Coconut Milk, and Fresh Banana, or a Navana with Vanilla Liqueur, Pineapple Juice, Lime, Coconut Milk, and Cream.

Finish a wonderful meal with a dessert of homemade coconut sorbet, mango pudding, or green tea ice cream.

Noodles restaurant is open for lunch and dinner from 11 am until 2 am daily. Dress code is casual. Reservations are not required. They are located at Bellagio, adjacent to the Baccarat Bar.
