Jasmine at Bellagio serves Cantonese, Szechwan and Hunan cuisine by Chef, Philip Lo. The average meal price range begins at $35. Jasmine is located on the lakefront.
The exquisite garden and lake-view will delight your senses, as well as the exotic aromas.
Start out with minced lobster, Asian vegetables with pan-fried ginger. Enjoy Cantonese wonton soup with shrimp dumplings or corn soup with Dungeness crab meat.
Select a lobster, Australian crystal crab or Alaska giant clam from their live fish tank. It will be specially prepared for you.
Cantonese classics include shark’s fin, Australian abalone and crispy goby. Other delicious selections include imperial Peking duck, lemon chicken, glazed lamb chops and sweet and sour pork to name a few.
End the course with a luscious desert of chocolate, cream or caramelized bananas.
