Yellowtail Sushi restaurant features traditional and modern Japanese cuisine, led by Executive Chef, Akira Back. Average meal cost begins at around $35.

Yellowtail showcases fresh fish in their specially prepared sushi, sashimi, tempura and hand rolls.

The décor is tailored and defined with wood and stone treatments. Their signature design element is a 25 by 13 foot bronze art piece featuring the dorsal side of a yellowtail fish. It is mounted on the wall at the entrance.

Fresh seafood includes tuna, toro bluefin, Japanese yellowtail, amberjack, salmon, Japanese snapper, halibut, Alaskan king crab, shrimp, squid, octopus, sea urchin, salmon roe, Japanese sea eel, fresh water eel, mackerel, lobster, scallop, surf clam and giant clam.

Enjoy the Big Eye tuna pizza with micro shiso and truffle oil. Or, seared albacore with crispy shitake mushrooms, onions and chili sesame.

Olives restaurant features homemade pastas, rotisseries dishes, steaks, brick oven pizza, flatbreads, and specialty seafood courses.

Lead by Chef/Owner Todd English and Executive Chef, Isaac Carter, the cuisine is largely interpretive Mediterranean. They feature a wine list collection of more than 900 selections. Average meal cost begins at around $25.

The décor is warm, inviting and expressive of its native bearing with granite, pillars, leather, relaxing lighting and deep color tones.

Experience unique flatbreads prepared with BBQ, sliced peaches, watercress and goat cheese, or in more Mediterranean style with fig jam, gorgonzola and Proscuitto de Parma. Or, in gourmet traditional style with tomato, toasted onions, buffalo mozzarella, shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano, arugula and basil.

There are delicious appetizers and salads such as Tempura Fried Soft-Shell Crab with watermelon Panzanella salad, black olives, togarashi spiced aioli and feta croutons. And, a full selection of sandwiches, panini, and po' boys.

Olives goes beyond the traditional pastas and includes a menu of entrees. The ricotta ravioli and butternut squash tortelli in brown butter and parmesan cheese is tempting.

Noodles Restaurant at Bellagio Las Vegas Nevada


Noodles Restaurant features authentic regional noodle dishes from Thailand, Malaysia, Japan, China and Vietnam led by Executive Chef, Patrick Lee. Chinese dim sum is also served. Average meal cost is about $15 and up.

They offer a long list of appetizers and soups. And, old time favorites such as Chilean sea bass, shrimp Kung Pao with peanuts, beef asparagus with black pepper sauce, sesame chicken, sweet and sour shrimp. All served with steamed rice.

Try wok-fried noodle dishes such as chow mein mandarin, signature vermicelli, sweet and spicy or Pad Thai flat rice noodles. Signature dishes are served such as curry rice vermicelli with shrimp and shredded pork, or soy flavored beef with rice noodles.

Enjoy the barbecue or roast specialties. They may include Cantonese roast duck in plum sauce, honey-glazed pork, soya or poached chicken, and barbecue pork.

Seafood specials are offered that may include braised abalone, mild spicy Maine lobster, or ginger and green onion lobster, steamed fish with soy sauce or salt and pepper shrimp.
A large selection of rice and vegetables are prepared in delightful ways.

Fix restaurant at Bellagio features seafood, meat and poultry gourmet meals prepared on a wood burning grill. An entrée cost begins at about $35.

Executive Chef, Rene Charest prepares dinner daily beginning at 5 pm until 11 pm, and until 1 am Friday and Saturdays.

Fix has a vibrant, cutting-edge environment with a unique design. The décor boasts almost entirely of Costa Rican Padouk wood.

Try a Fix specialty of Lobster tacos with grilled mango and cilantro, or the Ultimate Shell Fix with Maine lobster, tiger prawns, crab, market oysters and clams.

Feast on a dry aged 20 oz. rib eye, a 14 oz. sirloin, or wet aged filet mignon. These fine quality steaks are prepared to your liking on a wood burning grill.

Pool Cabana Rental at Bellagio Las Vegas Nevada


Pool cabana rental at Bellagio costs about $300 a day during the week, and around $350 a day Fridays through Sunday.

Cabana rental must be reserved a minimum of 24 hours in advance, and up to one year in advance. Minimum age to request a cabana is 18 years old.

Cabanas at Bellagio come fully equipped with the following amenities: private patio, HD television, i-Home, wireless internet. telephone, refrigerator stocked with non-alcoholic beverages, pool rafts, mister system, pool rafts, fresh fruit plate, amenities basket, and personal cabana host.

Cabanas hold up to eight guests. No outside alcohol or food is permitted in pool areas or cabanas. There are two bars and café for drinks and food.

The outdoor pool areas are open around 8 am to 8 pm during the summer. The pool areas close a little earlier spring and winter (around 5 pm). The pools are heated year round to a temperature of about 80 degrees.

Bellagio boasts five distinct pool areas, whirlpools and include two lap pools. The setting is a posh Mediterranean inspired oasis.

Bellagio Pool at Bellagio Las Vegas Nevada


Bellagio pool consists of five definitive outdoor pool courtyard settings. For the athletic, two of them are lap pools. The pools are heated to maintain a temperature about 80 degrees year round.

The Mediterranean-themed atmosphere is romantic and beautiful. There are spraying fountains, lavish walkways, overhead archways, large columns, ornate urns, and stately statues. Lush foliage adds a posh atmosphere to enhance the pool areas serene environment.

There are Jacuzzi whirlpools and cabana rental available. Massage services may be done poolside.

The pools open early around 8 am and closes in the evening around 8 pm during the summer. The pool closes a bit earlier in the spring and winter months (around 5 pm).

Complimentary chairs and chaises are provided and plentiful. But, you may reserve them beforehand to ensure a seat in your desired area. There are two bars at the pool area and a café offering breakfast and lunch items (until about 4 pm).
