Circo Restaurant at Bellagio in Las Vegas


The Osteria de Circo at Bellagio offers home-style Tuscan fare surrounded by hospitality and charm. The meals are prepared in traditional Italian style with the elegance of a fine gourmet restaurant. The average meal price range is about $35.

Osteria del Circo boasts a large selection of about 900 fine imported wines. The intoxicating fragrances of fresh herbs will lure you in to its luxurious deep custom-designed Italian chairs.

Osteria del Circo’s décor is whimsical and vibrant. It was designed with the excitement of a European carnival tent with its colorful and luxurious fabrics.

Select a traditional thin crust pizza from their clay oven or an antipasti of oysters, jumbo shrimp and Maine lobster in sauce.

Enjoy the Golden Oscetra caviar and grilled Mediterranean sea bass with artichokes. If you enjoy beef, the grilled 10 oz. Tenderloin with melted gorgonzola, and bathed in red wine roasted garlic sauce will surely please you.

They offer a large variety of selections from lamb, veal, prosciutto-wrapped pork tenderloin, roasted chicken to grilled venison. They also have a large selection of delicious pastas and soups.

They are open nightly from 5:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Proper dress is business casual. They do not permit shorts. The executive Chef is Vincenzo Scarmiglia.

Jasmine Cantonese Cuisine at Bellagio in Las Vegas


Jasmine at Bellagio serves Cantonese, Szechwan and Hunan cuisine by Chef, Philip Lo. The average meal price range begins at $35. Jasmine is located on the lakefront.

The exquisite garden and lake-view will delight your senses, as well as the exotic aromas.

Start out with minced lobster, Asian vegetables with pan-fried ginger. Enjoy Cantonese wonton soup with shrimp dumplings or corn soup with Dungeness crab meat.

Select a lobster, Australian crystal crab or Alaska giant clam from their live fish tank. It will be specially prepared for you.

The Le Cirque at Bellagio in Las Vegas serves French cuisine with contemporary influences by Chef, David Werly. They offer a wine list of over 900 international selections from France‘s best wine regions.
